At Atlanta Bed Swings, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service to all of our customers. We understand that you have a variety of options when it comes to purchasing outdoor furniture and we want to ensure that your experience with us is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Our customer care policy includes the following options for contacting us:

  1. Phone:  Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, Saturday from 10am to 5pm, and Sunday from 10am to 3pm EST. You can reach us at (678) 622 9725.

  2. Email:  You can email us at with any questions or concerns. We will respond to your email within 24 hours.

  3. Social Media:  You can reach us via direct message on any of our social media platforms. We will respond to your message within 24 hours.

  4. Showroom:  We have a showroom located at 811 Lecroy Dr NE, Marietta, GA 30068 by appointment only. Please call or email us to schedule an appointment.

  5. Seasonal Shows:  We participate in several seasonal shows throughout the year. You can find our schedule on our social media platforms. Please note that showroom appointment availability may vary during these events.

Wholesale Inquiries

At Atlanta Bed Swings, we are always looking for new partnerships and opportunities to expand our reach. If you are interested in becoming a wholesale partner, please read our typical wholesale inquiry policy below:

  1. Eligibility:  In order to be considered for a wholesale partnership, you must be a business that is in some way involved with outdoor furniture or home decor. We require a copy of your business license and resale certificate in order to process your inquiry.

  2. Minimum Order Quantity:  Most minimum order quantities for wholesale orders are 10 units. We also occasionally offer progressive discount wholesale partnerships with no minimum order quantities. 

  3. Pricing:  Wholesale pricing is available to approved partners only. Please contact us at for more information on pricing and discounts.

  4. Lead Time: Wholesale orders typically have a lead time of 6-8 weeks. We will do our best to accommodate any rush orders, but please note that additional fees may apply.

  5. Payment:  Payment for wholesale orders is required in full before production begins. We accept payment via credit card, ACH, or check. All wholesale orders are placed through an ABS representative only.

  6. Returns and Exchanges:  All sales are final for wholesale orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

  7. Shipping:  Wholesale orders will be shipped via a third-party carrier. Shipping costs will be added to the final invoice.

  8. Installation:  Orders that are to be fulfilled within our full service region are eligible to be installed by ABS team members for additional cost. Additional fees may be incurred if bracing is required upon installation amongst other unexpected barriers to installation by our team members.

Each partnership is taken on a case-by-case basis and therefore the above may be somewhat fluid upon inquiry review. Please ensure to let us know of any important details upon reaching out.
