Shipping Policy

At this time all of our products have free shipping to the state of Georgia.  We are currently completing our final stages of research and development for shipping nationwide better than any of our competitors. Returns and Refunds

All orders placed with Atlanta Bed Swings are considered custom and are therefore non-refundable after the order confirmation has been issued. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to address any issues and find a solution that works for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Please keep the original packaging and all contents, as we may need to inspect the item for damage.

Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If your order has been processed, it will not be possible to cancel it and a refund will not be issued.
